II. Operation essentials of overpass

Put the single-sided corrugated cardboard input by a single machine through each paper guide roller accurately in sequence, and send it to the triple preheater. before starting up: carefully check whether all electrical appliances and steam valves are normal, add oil to all lubricating parts and chains, then open the steam valves of each preheater, put the upper and lower plastic discs into the glue, put down the ballast roll, and adjust the gap between it and the glue roller to be slightly less than the thickness of the single-sided paperboard to be passed, and the gap at both ends is equal. Install the required face paper on the shaftless support, clean and face down, and observe whether the glue amount is appropriate after starting the machine. If it is not appropriate, adjust it. After the single-sided paperboard and face paper are transported from the triple preheater, they are manually guided through the preheating roller and the gluing roller, then the conveyor belt is tightened, the speed regulating button of the double-sided machine is slowly turned, the single-sided paperboard and face paper are aligned and sent to the dryer together, the ballast roller is put down, the gluing roller is started, and the glue amount is observed to be normal at the same time. Generally, it is better to evenly distribute the glue on the tile ridge without flowing into the tile groove. After production, lift the ballast roll, stop the glue coating roll, close the glue valve and discharge the glue liquid in the glue tray, then turn off the heat source and stop drying. After lifting the conveyor belt, clean the glue tray, glue coating roll and sundries on the conveyor belt, keep the equipment site clean, and fill in the equipment operation record
