1. Gold plate ink stacking

2. Thin paper folding angle

because the middle paper transfer roller of the machine adopts two equal diameter rollers and one double diameter roller, it is easy to have folding angle when printing thin paper below 100g/m2, and sometimes there are threeorfour folding angles in 10 sheets. Even if the anti corner blowing is turned on, the effect is not very obvious, and even the wind on both sides is stronger, and the corner is more serious. Stop the machine from time to time to block some air holes. Later, the elastic pad used to make the die-cutting version was used to clamp the paper trailing tip, and the folding angle disappeared completely

the specific method is as follows: first, feed two pieces of printed matter from the paper delivery roller, jog it to reach the double diameter roller, tear off the blank parts on both sides of the picture and text on the printed sheet, and stick twoorthree elastic pads. It can be pasted on the corresponding side of some color groups with corners, or it can be mainly prevented. It can be pasted on all five color groups (both sides of the double diameter roller). If there is still a corner after this treatment, it is necessary to stick an elastic pad at the corresponding position on the rear paper transfer roller (the height of the elastic pad is different, and some of them need to be cut in half). Sometimes the reason for corner folding is that the elastic pad is close to the trailing tip, and the paper falls too fast to be clamped. At this time, the elastic pad should be pasted near its mouth

3. The water roller motor is powered off

Heidelberg offset press, while the original standard GB 177 (85) requires the loading rate and error range to be (500 ± 50) k//s[about (5000 ± 500) n/s]. A remarkable feature is that there are many safety devices. We have encountered the following situations: sometimes the water roller motor is powered off as soon as the machine is running; Sometimes the water roller motor will be powered off as soon as the Feida is turned on after operation; Sometimes the air pump is turned on after the Feida is turned on, and the water roller motor is powered off. We checked the circuit for a long time and couldn't figure it out. Later, it was found that the voltage protection device in the control circuit of the water roller motor was very sensitive to micro voltage fluctuations. Even if a small amount of voltage fluctuations were generated when opening the Feida or the air pump, it could make it act.
